Black Mountian is located in Jackson NH, just a few short miles from North Conway, NH and Glen NH (where the great Red Parka Pub is located)!

The 10^th Annual Red Parka Yacht Club Downhill Regatta is scheduled for March 25^th at Black Mt.  If any of you would like to put a team together or to donate a prize for the winners, please let me know.  The entry fee for a whole team (regardless of how many) is $25.  This is always a wild and crazy leap into Spring.  All proceeds benefit the Red Parka Scholarship Fund in honor of Dewey Mark.  Thank you for your consideration!

Whew!  Well, we did it and we want to THANK everyone who purchased Discounted Valley Original gift certificates over the last month from www.thevalleyoriginals.com.

 You may have noticed, we used a new system for the first time on January 21^st, with overall good success.  We did find a few changes we would like to make, based on our experience and your helpful feedback.  Thank you for taking your time to provide us with your input; and your feedback has been heard.  We are making changes new so that your next purchase experience will be even easier! 

 We, The Valley Originals, truly appreciate your interest in supporting local restaurants and businesses, in the Mount Washington Valley area and we are working hard at improving our communication with you!  We have successfully launched a redesigned website where you can find up-to-date information about what is going on in your favorite Valley Original restaurants and with the Valley Originals organization, as well.  You can also find us on Face Book, where we enjoy hearing about your experiences with us!

 While change is not often easy, moving to a new system enabled The Valley Originals to save considerable funds, which we are happy to now put towards local charities we support: Jen’s Friends, Leanne Smith (Local Olympic Hopeful) Kennett football Boosters, Kennett High Hockey Team, MWV Velo Club, Hannes Schneider Meister Cup, Red Parka Challenge Cup, Eastern Slope Ski Club, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Race to Beat cancer, Rotary Auction and almost any other group/person in need that asks!

 With your help, The Valley Originals donates over $50,000 annually, to these and many other local organizations all year long.  Thank you!  Thank you!
