 Fresh Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb

14 oz New Zealand Rack Panko Crusted with Fresh Herbs & Dijon Mustard. Served with a Dijon Mint Sauce, Baby Purple Potatoes and Tri-colored Baby Carrots.

 Filet & Lobster

8 oz Beef Tenderloin Grilled with a 7 Pepper Rub, topped with Lobster Claws, Sautéed in Scampi Butter. Served with Red Bliss Mashed Potato and Asparagus.

 Raspberry Salmon

8 oz Fresh Salmon Fillet Wrapped in Puff Pastry, Baked to a Golden Brown, Topped with a Raspberry Chambord Sauce with a Balsamic Reduction. Served with Organic Field Greens, Fresh Berries and Orzo.

 Braised Short Rib

16 oz Bone-in Short Rib Braised with Fresh Herbs, Cabernet Wine and Garlic. Served with Baby Purple Potatoes and Tri-colored Baby Carrots.

Dessert

Death by Chocolate

Homemade Chocolate Cake Layered with Chocolate Kahlua Mousse, Freshly Whipped Cream and Heath Bar Pieces, Garnished with a Chocolate Cream Cookie.
