Filet & Lobster
8 oz Beef Tenderloin Grilled with a 7 Pepper Rub, topped with Lobster Claws, Sautéed in Scampi Butter. Served with Red Bliss Mashed Potato and Asparagus.
Raspberry Salmon
8 oz Fresh Salmon Fillet Wrapped in Puff Pastry, Baked to a Golden Brown, Topped with a Raspberry Chambord Sauce with a Balsamic Reduction. Served with Organic Field Greens, Fresh Berries and Orzo.
Braised Short Rib
